  • In India two things are most popular, one is cinema and another is cricket. What will happen if both the things get mixed together think about it. What will happen is that a small budget film will leave behind a film like "Fighter". I'm talking about "Mr. & Mrs. Mahi" movie.
  • Story is of Cricket of 'MS Dhoni' "Life is Cricket Cricket is Life". But father slapped him and gave him the key of the shop and beautiful wife too.
  • Our Mahi brother is a very good person but their is twist in the story not only 'Mr. Mahi' loves cricket but 'Mrs. Mahi' also love cricket.
  • Comebacks are there for everyone this time Mahi will also have it, but this time Mr. Mahi does not have it Mrs. Mahi has.
  • But if every movie has a happy ending so soon then 'Indian cinema' will not turn from 'Bollywood' to 'Hollywood'?
  • We did not get that for which we had waited Mr. Mahi v/s Mrs. Mahi.
  • If I give an 'accurate review' of a movie it will be 50-50 some people will like it and some people will not. It is a family friendly movie everyone will able to understand.
  • The story is completely middle class, so it will seem relatable and you will also feel a little emotional.
  • The story is absolutely 101% predictable, you must have understood by now what will be happened in the end of the film and how it will be shown.
  • How few films are made these days after watching which you start discussing the film with your close ones and this is the 'super power' of this film.
  • The film may not be different but it is certainly not a bad film from any angle. What is different in this film is actors both "Rajkummar Rao" and "Janhvi Kapoor" have done a brilliant job in the film. Cricket & Personal life both the things have shown in a good way.
  • "Rajkummar Rao" have already give a hit movie in form of "Srikanth" No one can delivered to give a hit film just like he is giving.
  • But this time everyone's eyes are on "Janhvi Kapoor" which you will also agree even with the upcoming film 10% of the time she proves herself to be a better actor.
  • "Kumud Mishra" character is that of our childhood parents which is 101% relatable. You will feel the same connection with "MS Dhoni" coach even today also.
  • This film is not an entertainment film but it is a emotion film.
  • Three things I would like to express about this film:
1- Cinema for all, No need to be a smart audience buy the ticket and enjoy the movie.
2- Super fast direction to run in instant style, Revenge between cricket and love life and will not get you bored.
3- "Rajkummar Rao" and "Janhvi Kapoor" had put the efforts, Story is simple, Both are equally natural and their performance is nothing extra.

Negative Thing:

  • After watching the film everything was predictable from the beginning to the ending, zero surprises.
  • Whatever angles are shown to cricket, it becomes very illogical.
