  • So guys I have watched the film (Maidaan) of 'Ajay Devgn' sports drama movie in theatre and A good crowd came to watch the film so how is the movie let's talk about it.
  • Let me tell you in advance that the film is of 3hr. These days the film ends in 2hr or 2.5hr every now and then. 
  • Where a 'Content Driven' movie takes time just like "Animal" The movie was long and went for a long time.
  • It doesn't matter if movie is too long if people are enjoying watching the content then their is no problem because at the end they have to enjoy.
  • And the amount of audience that was with me in the shows every time, in every dialogue, in every goal they were clapping and whistling.
  • Honestly I also enjoy this movie. Specially, with a gradual build up the film has entered fast mode in the second half you will bite your nails.
  • You will stand up on your seat and you will start cheering & clapping too.
  • So much intense and cripping after the 2nd half for almost 30-40 minute.
  • Even there are some matches in the 1st half but the way those matches have been showcased with camera moments that you also become a part of that matches.
  • This film is a Sport Drama but it is also a biopic of "Syed Abdul Rahim".
  • Who coached the Indian team from 1952 to 1962 and that era is count as 'Golden Era' of 'Indian Football' because at that time India had won gold in the 'Football Asia Cup'. 
  • Even I did not know that our Indian team would have won the gold but thanks to this film that they brought this topic to this level.
  • I was feeling so proud when I was watching that movie. 
  • Movie shows the journey of an underdog team who struggled to become champion. In which every actor has done amazing work and 'Hat's of to the Casting' every character played their role perfectly.
  • You will connect emotionally with their struggle and even their achievement too. 
  • If you are talking about acting then specially Ajay Devgn has lifted the movie on his shoulders and temper the heat 'Gajraj Rao' in negative role.
  • If you do butt of the football game shown in this film So I'm watching some sports movie where every football match scene is shoot with a intense.
  • Even cinemaic graphics vise you will love every matches. 
  • If you don't like football watch this movie you will love football.

  • 'Priyamani' played the role of his wife where she supports him in his good or bad time and she has done a fabulous job. Her English will make you laugh.
  • This film is produced with 'Zee 5' by 'Boney Kapoor' and direct by 'Amit Sharma' and music is given by 'A.R. Rahman'.
  • I remember from music "BGM" whenever matches are happening you hear the BGM behind specailly in last.
  • That BGM will create more intensity in the matches.
  • I can say one of the best BGM of sports drama by A.R. Rahman sir.
  • Film is pure 'Family Friendly' if their is Ajay Devgn film then surely it is a family show so you can go with your family.
  • In starting you will feel that film is too long but actually film needs that pace to understand the scenario the struggle they gone through.
  • 2nd half will definitely blow your mind.
